Precision medicine brings together molecular diagnostics, medical imaging, and machine learning to discover disease subtypes and tailor treatments to the individual. Jeff Spraggins, Director of Research for the Biomolecular Multimodal Imaging Center at Vanderbilt University, will highlight emerging imaging technologies that are being developed at VU to support precision medicine. These novel multimodal molecular imaging technologies have the potential to uncover the driving biology behind human disease including cancer, COVID-19, and more.
